Terms of Service
Georgia Law Enforcement Associates · Effective August 7, 2026
These terms cover georgialea.com and the software we operate. Individual services have their own terms as well; where they differ, the service's own terms apply to that service.
What we do
Georgia Law Enforcement Associates provides POST-certified off-duty officer staffing across Georgia, and builds and operates software for public-safety and small-business clients.
Mobile messaging terms
Consent to messaging is separate, specific, and given on its own. It is never bundled with these terms, with a purchase, or with any other agreement. You will only receive text messages if you have separately and explicitly asked for them.
Our programs.
- Bond Tracker — progress updates on a bail bond you arranged in person at a bonding company office. You receive a link to follow that bond and up to three updates: when the jail receives the paperwork, when the person is brought down, and when they are released. Roughly four messages per bond. How consent is obtained is shown in full at georgialea.com/bondtracker/opt-in.html.
- Pray Day — alerts to our own moderator when a prayer request needs review.
- Frequency: as described above; it varies with the progress of your bond.
- Cost: we charge nothing for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. Messages stop immediately.
- For help: reply HELP, call 678-944-9456, or email info@georgialea.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. See the Privacy Policy.
Using our software
- Accounts and access codes are personal. Do not share them.
- Do not enter false information, or record something that did not happen.
- Do not attempt to reach information belonging to another customer.
- Tell us promptly if you believe somebody is using your access without permission.
Fees
Where a service carries a fee, the amount and how often it is charged are stated before you agree to it. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period already paid for.
What we do not promise
Our software reports what people have recorded in it. It does not control the organisations it reports on — a jail, a court, or a third-party data source — and a time or status shown is not a guarantee of what will happen. We aim to keep services available at all times but cannot promise they will never be interrupted.
Ending an account
You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are broken, where payment fails, or where a facility we work with asks us to. Where somebody else's process is already under way, we will not cut it off part-completed.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears at this address with a new effective date, and anybody affected is told before it takes effect.
